Land of the Free?

I have not been paying too much attention to politics lately. I know the Republican candidates and how it's been going in the recent state elections but I don't know about the changes that are currently being made with our current president and, honestly, I've been wearing blinders and turning my deaf ear (if I had one) to the turmoil that we're headed in.
